El Consejo Nacional del Colegio Médico, ratificando el acuerdo tomado en la última sesión de consejo, realizada el día 17 de diciembre; aprueba por unanimidad, RECHAZAR EL CONCURSO DE ADMISIÓN AL RESIDENTADO MÉDICO 2012 CONVOCADO POR LA FACULTAD DE MEDICINA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD PRIVADA ANTENOR ORREGO (UPAO) realizado dentro del marco del convenio suscrito con la Gerencia Regional de Salud de La Libertad, por significar dicho acto la VULNERACIÓN A LAS NORMAS QUE REGULAN EL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE RESIDENTADO MÉDICO.
